As all my friends know I am the original Coldplay fan. Having seen the band four times live they rank up in my top five. But as it happens with kids when they turn into teenagers...you kind of wish they would have just stayed the way they were. There are some classic Coldplay type songs but I am a little scared they are going to follow the same road that Radiohead went down. (****)Falling Slowly
Glen Hansard: Once
Every once in a while you see a movie where the soundtrack completely overcomes the movie. I.E. Last of the Mohicans, Sleepless in Seattle, Singles. This is one of those times where the music is the star of the movie and it will touch your heart in a deep way. (*****)

This is my favorite book ever! All about a young man and his rise in New York as a writer in the late 40's. I read this book for the first time as a teenager, and more then any other book, this one shaped me into who I am. Read it and find out. (*****)

34 year old man with a slight spare tire. Single not looking, Director of Staff Development for a large Catering Company, zero spelling skills (thank you spell check) screams like a ten year old girl at a Keane concert, drinks tea with milk and sugar, misses the one that I let slip from my heart, likes sad songs, likes to spell gray as grey, am the Original Obama Super Delegate, misses the music of the 80's, glad the clothes are still out, watches Countdown daily, avid reader, makes cd's with my favorite songs for everyone, face for radio, nose has been broken, prefer Malbec to Pinot, hopes the world becomes a better place with my random acts of kindness.
Interests
becoming more eco-friendly, cooking and having a great conversation with a glass of wine. half-price books and vanilla latte's on a sat afternoon. rollercoasters...the faster the better
